Overview

This application allows to slice volumes to 2d images by one of the axes: Axial, Coronal or Sagittal. You can make several slices in one app session.

How to run

1. Go to volumes project or dataset

2. Run the application from context menu of a project/dataset

3. Select volume

4. Input slicing configurations

5. Select how to save resulting images

6. Click start

7. Stop the app manually in the workspace tasks
